Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- All returned items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Blankets and Bedding (due to hygiene concerns)
- Casual Gloves and Mitts (worn items cannot be resold)
- Footprints (ground cloths that may have been used)
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in approval email) using a trackable shipping method
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund

Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original. For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original separately.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If your outdoor gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
