Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from receiving your order
- Condition: Items must be new, unused, with original tags and packaging
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Blankets and Bedding
- Casual Gloves and Mitts
- Footprints (ground cloths)

Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Pro tip: For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original separately.
